BAE Systems has been an integral member in the development of all of the TOMAHAWK Weapons Control Systems both deployed and in development today (TWCS, ATWCS, and TTWCS) for both U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Key areas of continuous support from 1976 to the present include all phases of software engineering (analysis, design, code, test, and integration) and test engineering (including analysis and development of test facilities as well as test products and conduct). The software development processes (jointly used by NSWCDD and BAE Systems) have been approved at SEI CMM Level 3.

John Winters (MS/HFE) is a respected HFE expert with many articles and publications to his credit, including an award-winning paper showing that Navy tactical operators may perform worse on some tasks if provided with 3D displays.

L3 has developed a comprehensive, integrates suite of management information system to help control and monitor the DDG 51 Class Shipbuilding Program. These systems collect, process, store, report, and exchange quality assurance, test, trial, and post shakedown availability data in real time. L3 has introduced several innovative approaches to shipbuilding, including the design, development, and deployment of Palm operating system-based applications. TMA developed, hosts and administers the Construction and Availability Management System (CAMS), Technical Support Management (TSM), and Electronic Trail Card (ETC), as well as other systems used to support all aspects of ship construction. L3 is supporting PMS400D's and the SUPSHIP's DISTCAP certifications and the NMCI transition efforts, drafting SSAA's and ATO letters, conducting LADRA testing, and supporting interface with the NAVSEA CIO office to clarify guidelines and procedures. Additionally L3 is implementing a software configuration management process for PMS400D. L3 provides on-site server maintenance at SUPSHIP Bath and SUPSHIP Gulf Coast , including administering Oracle databases and web servers operating on the Navy legacy networks.

SA-TECH was responsible for Supply and Provisioning Support ensuring that correct documentation was available to deliver to each Spanish F100 AEGIS class ship. This effort was performed in accordance with MIL-Spec and via navy inventory control points. Procured documentation (Secret, Classified or Unclassified) was then stored in our 16,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse where it was received, cataloged, assembled, warehoused and shipped. This process was so efficient and cost effective that our inventory accuracy rate was maintained above 99% through the life of the contract.
